Turnaround Time & Rush Service Policy

At Creative911™ Rapid Design Agency, we specialize in rapid-response design and content creation. We strive to deliver every project with speed and excellence, turnaround times are dependent on project type, complexity, and client responsiveness.

Standard Turnaround Times

Overnight Priority (24 hours): Projects submitted before 2:00 PM (CST) are delivered the next business day.

Rapid Response (12 hours): Same-day delivery available for select projects submitted before 10:00 AM (CST).

Emergency Response (4 hours): Expedited design service available based on current workload and project scope.

Rush Service Fees / Print Fees / Delivery Fees

Projects requiring completion within 24 hours or less are subject to a rush fee ranging from 25% to 75% of the total project cost. 75% of project fees must be before production begins. Print and delivery fees are added to your cost total.

Client Responsibility (Remember, this is a rush process so you must communicate timely.)

To maintain agreed delivery times, clients must provide:

All required content (text, images, logos, etc.) at the time of request. Timely responses for approvals, edits, revisions, and material submission will ensure timely completions.

Agency Commitment

Creative911™ commits to maintaining the highest level of quality and professionalism even under accelerated timelines. If a technical or scheduling conflict prevents timely delivery, clients will be notified immediately, and a revised delivery plan will be provided.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the fast-paced nature of same-day and rush design work, payments for expedited projects are non-refundable once production has started.
